NBMonitor Network Bandwidth Monitor

NBMonitor monitors and analyzes the network traffic and displays statistical information pertaining to each IP address pair and protocol, helping network administrators and users troubleshoot network problems. The main purpose of NBMonitor is to allow you to collect statistical information about your network traffic that passes through network adapters and display incoming, outgoing and summary traffic statistics. This information is useful, especially for understanding the different IP addresses and data amounts involved with a given network utilizing task. The tool is designed with a user-friendly interface and is easy to use. You should press "Start Analyzing" toolbar button and choose appropriete network adapter to start network bandwidth monitoring.

• Filtering network activity monitoring

You can Filter network activity monitoring results "By Process" or "By Remote Host". Right click on process name and choose the "By Process " option for monitoring appropriete program activity or "By Remote Host" option for monitoring network activity with selected remote host. By choosing "All Statisitcs" option you can reset filtering and monitor all programs network activity.

• You can save monitoring results as XML Data (.xml) file.

You should run the program in Vista with administrator rights. Please set a program to run always as administrator:

1.Locate the program you want to launch with admin rights.
2.Right click the program icon and choose the properties option.
3.Select the compatibility tab from the window that appears.
4.At the bottom of the window, under privilege level, check the box to run this program as administrator.
